74 & 75. Yalumba Shiraz 2005 and Poet’s Corner Merlot 2005

We had been really poor at keeping up with Kag and Simon so we decided to rectify the situation by going out for Teppen Yaki in Crow’s Nest at a small and quaint restaurant called Hama.

Simon and I chose these two reds from the local bottle-o and they went down a treat. The teppen yaki was pretty good too. There were 10 courses and by the end of it we were totally stuffed. However, we still had room for a couple of pints afterwards and headed to the Stoned Crow…
